Projects we have worked on

Inspector is used on Israeli infrastructure work: light rail, interurban roads, water and sewer, and residential neighbourhood development. The projects below are ones we accompanied, with the companies that commissioned the work.

Earthworks on an infrastructure project

Light rail

Jerusalem Green Line, for Shapir.
Gush Dan Green Line, section A4, for Electra.
Givat Shaul, for Shapir.
Allenby, for Shapir.
Pat Junction, Jerusalem, for M. Barashi.

Light rail is where the case for this is clearest. The alignment runs through a live city, every discipline is stacked in the same corridor, and a quantity dispute at the end of the job is measured in millions.

Roads and interurban

Route 6 and the Beit Nehemia interchange, for Electra Infrastructures.
Route 444, for Minrav, commissioned by Netivei Israel.
Route 60, Husan to Elazar, for Moriah.
Route 375, Tzur Hadassah to Beitar, for Baran.
HaMasger Street section 2C, Tel Aviv, for M. Barashi.
Pierre Koenig Street, for Solel Boneh.

Water, sewer and neighbourhoods

Neighbourhood H, Beit Shemesh, for Agam Or Engineers.
Beit Shemesh, for the Mei Shemesh water utility, where the Collector module was used to catch execution discrepancies in real time.
Modi’in Illit, for Donna.
Tzur Hadassah, for CPM.
Residential neighbourhoods across the country, for Paz Economics and Engineering, on cost estimating.

Frequently asked questions

Can we speak to your customers?

Yes. We will put you in touch with customers running live projects on the platform, in the sector closest to yours. That is a better test than any demo.

It runs from a single neighbourhood up to a light rail line. The value grows with the size of the bill of quantities, because that is where manual measurement stops being viable and where the gaps get expensive.

Our work to date is in Israel. The platform itself is not country specific: it reads standard CAD files and works to whatever price list and BoQ structure the contract uses, and the interface and support are available in English.

In Israel, Inspector holds a recognised sole-supplier opinion under regulation 3(29), prepared by the Yigal Arnon law firm, which allows public bodies to contract with us directly. Our layer-standard method, IHL Legend, is the subject of patent applications in Israel and the United States.

The fastest way to judge this is on drawings you already understand. Send us a set and our engineers will show you the quantities that come out of them.
